Introduction
Losing both parents soon after birth, Ha is a girl child in a family of six other older brothers, three of who are depending on their relatives to survive.
Ha has been taken care of by her eldest brother, a manual worker who also has to support his two-kid family. The family is constantly in financial struggles.
As both her brother and sister-in-law have to be at work all day, Ha becomes the only caretaker of the house. Still in primary school, Ha has to manage to prepare meals, do manual chores and take full care of her two younger cousins everyday.
Despite her difficult situation, at school, Ha is complimented by her teacher on being a good and hardworking student.

Ha is living with her older brother, who has two small children. Her brother is suffering from kidney cancer, so her sister in law is the only breadwinner in the family, selling stuffs in the market to earn money for her husband's treatment and her children' expenses.
Sadly, her brother has recently lost his battle against cancer. Previously, she has lost her parents, and her brothers and sisters are all living far away.
Her sister in law can hardly continue caring for her.
When her brother was still alive, Ha had to take care of all the housework while her sister in law was working in the market. She prepared meals for her brother, nephew and niece, and helped her sister in law in the market after her class. She had very little time left for studying at home, and could not enroll in extra tuition.
In a near future, Ha will probably have to move to another older brother's house in Da Nang. Hopefully she will have more time for studying at the new place.
Among all the cases that we have studied so far, Ha has the most difficult situation. She has to do much more work than other children of her age, and her family have all passed away. Her future is really uncertain. Her school results are not good, but given her situation that the little amount of time she can spend on studying, that is quite understandable.

Comment : Ha's study result is not so good because she doesn't have enough time to study. She lost her basic foundation for Maths since Primary School, now extra classes did not help her much. Her only wish now is to continue receiving GFO scholarship in order to continue study.
