- Patient had cerebal vascular accident, leading to the nerve in the neck was affected.
- MRI scan of the brain shown that there are injuries in the right cerebal sulcus and in the left cerebrellum hemisphere.

- Further test shown injury as haemorrhage of cerebral sulcus in the subacute and infarction in ole cerebellum hemisphere and temple.
- Patient was suffered from insomnia and anxiety. |

- Family brought the patient to have treatment in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTS), Singapore.
- MRI result shown injuries in many parts of the brain but operation was not a choice because of high fatal rate. |
